Returns are free of charge (We will retain the delivery charge of £4.50). Exceptions apply.

Order with credit/debit cards Returns

Returns are charged at £4.50per parcel.  (We will retain the delivery charge of £4.50). Exceptions apply.

Exceptions

You must return items within 10 days in a new and unused condition. If you do not we may retain the item(s) and / or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. Items are credited to your account when they reach Safety Factory warehouse. The definition of new and unused is at the discretion of Safety Factory.
Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns by Courier

Returns by Courier will be charged at £4.50 per parcel. Simply call 0845 124 9500 to arrange for our customer service to collect the items from your home/Workplace. Items left for the courier to collect are at your own risk. Items will not be credited back to your credit/debit card unless and until they are received by Safety Factory. Any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
